Parking
Private parking is available for clients during their treatment. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will require a space.
Location
We are located on the first floor in Room M8 at Unimix House.
Transport
Bus 440 stops at both corners of Unimix House. The nearest underground stations are Stonebridge Park (Bakerloo Line) and Park Royal (Piccadilly Line).

Booking Policies
Payment
A £30 deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be applied toward your final payment at your appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All remaining balances are due at the time of your treatment.
Late Policy
If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. After 10 minutes, a £10 late fee will apply, plus an additional £5 for every 5 minutes thereafter. After 30 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Please note that appointments can only be rescheduled once.
Cancellations
We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period will be considered a no-show and will result in the loss of your deposit.
Clinic-Initiated Rescheduling
Refine Skinn may occasionally need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, 48-72 hours notice will be given and an alternative will be offered.
No Plus Ones
To maintain a calm and professional environment, we ask that you please refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment. We currently do not have space to accommodate extra persons during treatments.
